The company provides smartphones and mobile accessories through its website and multiple online retail stores such as Lazada, Amazon India, Flipkart and it also provide 3-2-1 customer support services through its realme.com portal by calling/SMS/MMS on realme.com/callback website or realme.com/sms or realme.com/mms . The company has its own e-commerce platform for sales of mobile phones and accessories through its website. It also provides after sales services and support through its service centers across India.

Realme released a new smartphone in May 2019 with a triple rear camera setup (a 48 megapixel primary camera, 8 megapixel secondary camera, and 2 megapixel depth sensor). The device has 6GB RAM along with 128GB internal storage, microSD card slots, fast charging options and a 3700mAh battery. It also has an in-display fingerprint reader.
